If you can find and befriend a couple of these agents, you can have a steady stream of Buyers for your houses. 

I also monitor stage of progress this way.

I've also worked mostly freelance so I don't have a steady employment history, and I have almost nothing in savings. 

This, again, is not the best part of town, but all I am doing is making the units attractive enough to find a tenant with steady employment and a decent track record.So, my repositioning here is to take a mostly vacant property, repair and rehab the units into habitable conditions, find a tenant and move on to the next one.

CFIRA and others are working to bypass this nonsense, but over three years later you still have old-world interests impeding progress.  

I know have two investment property in NC which are giving as a small but steady cashflow.

Anyway I am now 20 years old with a steady job, I have been saving my money for 3 years and will graduate college this May.

I bought a Nest Cam to monitor the progress.
