I can paint, clean up trash, etc. - but my time is better spent searching for new deals and working with clients.

It seemed to be extremely competitive and people with certain criteria get tons o letters regularly.

The ones I use regularly, get it right all the time. 

It just causes them to leave the house and pack up the dog and clean up etc.

I checked the TREIA calendar and didn't see a notes subgroup meeting in the last 6 months, so perhaps they aren't meeting regularly.
