I’ve watched multiple episodes on YouTube and I’m excited to join and learn about real estate, retirement and money management. 

That leaves $625/month for utilities (utlilities are real expensive in San Diego) and furnishings.

Networking with private money lenders or hard money lenders who specialize in real estate can also be beneficial.

They can share strategies that have worked for them, such as driving for dollars, networking with real estate agents, and leveraging direct mail campaigns.
