In the coming months I will be focusing on getting this part of the process down packed myself and my plan is to just keep my head and not do any outsourcing until I make my first deal 100% by myself. 

@Julia R.Yes we provide Linens towels, paper products (not just a starter amount) basic spices and condiments, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels (lake house).Think of it this way, if you and your family were going on vacation would you want the hassle of having to pack sheets and make beds?

Hello all, I have a small RV lot near Orlando, FL that someone wants to buy.

If you don't believe that the best investors are working that quickly, you may as well pack it in. you also must consider that someone is paying a licesnsed professional to perform these services for you.

Our RV park has been crazy busy too, we are seeing 13% higher gross than last year at this time!

What's the state landlord tenant law on this.Normal is Security Deposit equal to 1 months rent.. extra would set you apart from the pack for people that might want to rent and don't want to also pay last months rent.. that's basically 3 months rent to get in the door..  

Tenants are packing, so the property doesn't present as well.

Find a solid one that will teach you how to partner with others to find properties like self storage, RV parks, multifamily, or mobile home parks.

It does have several RV lots as well which may play a role in the expenses.
