I come across mobile homes in Arkansas...

Hello BP's people,Need guidance.Was looking to refi our primary residence that is a 1996 double wide mobile along with a 1974 single wide mobile that's old & rough that our kids live in thats on 1/2 acre of land and shares the water well.

Had a friend bring me this deal. 18 acres, 16 mobiles home, 3 lots that get rental and 2 extra lots. each has its own septic and 2 water meters. 

It's a mobile payment service where you can send cash to people online/through the phone for free. 

Mobile Home Parks and I do not self manage.

Make sure you establish your budget with your contractor though and not the supplier  because they know how much to include for all of the materials, install, mobilization, time etc.

I have a vacation rental and I was wondering if and what type of mobile apps are out there to collect payment from someone the was not generated from the regular Air bnb/vrbo channels?

People are more mobile now, and a good business person listens to opportunities.

The place i am looking at is a mobile home park fully occupied.
