So, when buyers see a foundation fix, they get spooked -- they don't know what to think and will often just walk away without trying to understand that the repairs may have made the house better than new.But, in both Milwaukee and Baltimore, there is much older housing stock and lots of basements (not to mention lots of snow).

My second letter describes the condition of the property and their all of a sudden having to take care of it and keep it current, e.g. taxes, mortgage payments, 'not to mention cutting the grass and shoveling the snow,' etc.
