You guys please, please help me out..........i feel so overly whelm....I have my first property under contract and now it almost expire and i'm having a hard time trying to find a buyer for it.....I new at this whole real estate thing.......please help show me the way to financial and time freedom......

High level plan is real estate investing for early financial freedom and traditional market-based investments for phase two of retirement at a more “normal” retirement age (and also as a backup plan if my REI happens to blow up in my face).  

I’m a Marine vet ultimately looking for that financial freedom real estate can bring.

Love the stock market, but I feel real estate is the key to financial freedom at a quicker pace.

You literally cannot tell anything about the company except this...They encourage you to go through a freedom number program first before buying.  

I feel like not having debt will give me a lot more freedom moving forward.

Hey Joseph,I'm glad to see you starting your financial freedom journey so early, you're way ahead of where I was at your age so awesome job and stay the path.What @Scott E. said is very solid and fundamental on how you should approach any market you're looking at investing in.

I've long believed that the real path to financial freedom is in owning assets, and I have a background in both hospitality and marketing which made a buy and hold strategy much more appetizing.
