I think blogs are great for marketing for real estate agents, as they can prove their knowledge of a market and they can become the local expert for their clients.As a wholesaler or investor, I feel like a blog isn't going to do much for you, unless you just like writing about real estate.Just a thought . . .

I'll leave this to a gold expert to give us more detail but with gold at a thousand bucks an once....seems to me you're not far from going positive on the amount of gold alone.
