Other options might be Geico (Government Employees Insurance Company), they're underwritten by Homesite, or Berkshire Hathaway....Their coverage is decent and the claim handlers were allowed somewhat liberal adjusting principles, in the last 1-2 years...

I have these potential applicants who are very old, and managed by some assisted living program. 4 old ladies, cognitively impaired, disabled, from what I can infer.The assisted living supervisor came to see my rental, and told me that rent would be paid directly from their social security, from the gov't straight to me. 4 individual payments from each of the 4 ladies' accounts.Normally, I don't like to mess with anything involving the government.

Do not confuse it with the American with Disabilities Act's definition of Service Animal, which governs public accommodations, not residential real estate which is under FHA.

quick on line search indicates its one of the few Western European countries with no or limited treaties with the US>  like one of the lawyers representing one of the victims said.. innocent people don't flee.the wife has written a blog article on her blog thingee  which is just so self serving and its amazing all the people that comment we still love you .. be well its not your fault all that stuff.and you know they did the same thing in Detroit were you work.. they were talking people into buying sub 50k houses which as we know in  most markets are about as tough to run as anything in the US>their model was BROKEN day one.. low end D class and C class is just not a sustainable asset for anyone but a VERY hands on local who sources at cost and rehabs at cost..
