I am curious about building a RE website and the best way.I've had some people tell me that it's best to have two: one for motivated sellers (a "we buy houses" type that basically just brings in leads) and one for buyers and general RE information.

It also tracks your expenses and income, either by snapping a picture of a receipt or by linking your bank information/credit cards and importing the data.

The buyer has informed me that she is having trouble getting financing to buy the property.

But I still need to get comps somehow in order to make an informed decision.
