Is the kitchen open concept?

One of my favorite concepts from one of the Rich Dad books was that his rich dad was willing to 'pay the price' to have things like security, etc.

It was right next to the gleaming new Northridge mega mall and things were looking great for a while, but then they took a turn for the worse and as THIS story from the Milwaukee Journal explains, things got pretty rough in there for a while:http://www.jsonline.com/news/milwaukee/53312447.ht...Now they've been fighting hard to turn them around and apparently are having some luck and that complex is where the $7800 unit is currently for sale, so maybe it could turn into the buy of the decade!

There was a great article in the Indianapolis Business Journal a few months back about how poverty rates are growing the most in the 'doughnut' townships around Center township.

Mail fraud, insurance fraud, concealment and other concepts apply to these transactions.  

These are for vacation rentals that we did interest-only with a balloon at five years.Obviously this is different then your situation but is the same concept. 

I feel that becoming as much of an expert as I can on one concept is better than learning just a little bit about a bunch of different ones. 

After you have done ten deals, consider advanced concepts, such as options.

My attachment to real estate is partly business (that part is growing) and partly so I get to own lots of houses I like even if I can't live in them all :-)  I'm interested in the house-sharing concept, though.

I don't mean to sound like I'm selling my services because I'm really not, I am however, trying to sell you on a concept!
