Potential problem with co-owners?

I'm thinking SFH is probably the better way to go.....buy a 4bed 3bath house in non-HOA neighborhood, live in one bedroom and rent the others to your friends, family, co-workers, schoolmates.

We are seeing a lot of new construction in Colorado that is less than 5 years old that is having foundation issues. 

They (PW) are a Realpages co. so have a big co. behind them.

Whether they are fired, layed off, or voluntarily quit; I do not know.Their co-workers who rent from me stay 2-4 months before they leave.
