How do I report that ignore user in the forums doesn't work?  

So let's say you spend $50,000 over the next 6 months to get this property going.

New potential tenant put 09/01/2024 to 08/24/2025 for the asked lease dates. is it normal to have it shortened by a week for the last month?

I would take the gamble that rates will fall on their own over the next 3 years and live with the result. 

It was in the same family for a long time so we are undergoing a pretty expansive renovation in order to bring the design up to STR standards.

I did think to change the discussion category after the fact but alas it was too late.
