I am in the Los Angeles area and looking to connect.

We have recently started doing all types of real estate photography in los angeles, was wondering if anyone had tips on how to promote our services or other creative ways, we have been cold calling for weeks but being new to the real estate scene im still learning on how this system and networking works.

It’s in a blue collar city.

I was thinking Riviera section of MB if we did it in town, nice to know that seems solid, maybe Julian, PS/PD or JTree & maybe lake arrowhead/big bear/Angeles oaks area.

I live in Los Angeles, and Ellena home with a rental on it.

My counter to that is most of these securities are blue chip stocks and one is a S&P 500 ETF.

One of the programs that I'm on the fence about is Bob Diamond "Tax Sale Overager" and the other is by a guy named Oguz Oz Konar Bussiness lending Blue Print" Please give me all the information you can on these guys.Tnanks Family

My neighbor 2 doors down has blue formica countertops, 20 years old white appliances, he doesn’t have a concrete path down to the lake like I have, he doesn't have a screened back porch overlooking the lake like I have. 

My single biggest client lives in Los Angeles and only buys rentals in SA as well.
