In an ideal world all the SFH 's would sell in 1 week , and when you arrive in Texas , there would be someone at the airport waving a sign " Apt for sale 20 units "      For all that to fall together will be real difficult

Im looking to purchase a group of duplexes that include 10 units on 2 acres and need someone to complete inspections and evaluation of conditions and potential repairs, does anyone have someone to refer in SE Michigan that could do this within the next 2 weeks? 

Rents are .very low right now and tenants are on week to week.

A property that Network couldn't place a tenant in for me for three months was filled in one week immediately following the switch to Sweyer.

Once i rent out unit C it looks like it should cash flow roughly $200 per unit.I am just starting inspections on the house this week.

We are are taking about insurance on a Bank on property within the next few weeks or so.
