@Arthur Fuller II  I spent few hours researching on the web, I wanted the highest ltv I could get so I wouldn't have to do it again anytime soon.  

There is a cost of doing that.Many investors, especially on a web forum, over promote the Solo 401(k) and I very frequently see folks with or looking to setup such plans that do not belong in the plan.  

There are no monthly fees other than web hosting if you don't currently own a website and the framework is customizable making it more flexible than any other option.

Hello, I am trying to find the best way to send out web flyers.

In general, it works well for me, but here are the things I don't like:- Page loads feel a little slow- No mobile app or mobile-optimized web site available- Unable to build customized reports and graphs- Unable to aggregate data across Businesses (Properties)- Doesn't feel like Wave makes that many improvements.

Any web sites or publications?  

Also, finding one student, even if you have to pay them a couple dollars, to post on the web forums or the sports forums or Greek life... anything that can boost your applicants, which in turn can boost your asking rent.

Do not rely on web-published fee schedules to gauge your costs.
