I want to slow my life down a bit and enjoy the fruits of my labors (I had cancer a few years ago and I acknowledge my time to enjoy life is finite).It occurred to me that I should just cash-out refinance my properties that are fully stabilized and that have significant equity, but that can also easily support the new debt incurred. 

Near the University of Houston and Texas Southern University, these areas offer rental properties and investment opportunities.Good Luck!

I used to buy properties there from 2012 to 2015.

You can use any reasonable method to prove your participation in an activity for the year.

Please know that I realize it is a huge job and huge learning curve and may very well not make good sense, but I want to do a thorough analysis  to determine that (and also what price it may make sense for).

Then start the painful process of trying to notifying, move/store and auction off the abandoned property.I've thoroughly researched the SB1079 laws and qualify as a prospective owner/occupant since we honestly plan to use the home as our primary residence.I guess my primary question is, is there anything I seem to be missing and need to look into?
