Any good recommendations for a lawyer who understands real-estate investing and can write up owner-financing contracts?

So when i find a property and get to the inspection part,  i understand they find issues with the house, some which can be minor and others major.

One thing to understand about debt, there is good debt and bad debt.

I will say a market you know and understand. 

It's like buying a suit of armor to bring to a pillow fight.This herd mentality, where everyone blindly follows the latest 'sophisticated' trend without understanding the why and the how, is not just amusing but financially draining.

Understand Local Regulations: Dont forget to do your research.

I understand there could be big difference between two towns that's close to each other.
