Have you made the transition to two fridges or had the one been operating just fine for your ratio of tenants?

I’m now with Travellers with a short term rental rider and they do two separate policies. 

Also social media and BP has helped as well I had two investors come out of this website in the past two-three years.

The two duplexes were listed as a single purchase, but the financing went sideways when it came out that each was a separate parcel.
