Many times people that have mental health issues or some other illness get Social Security DISABILITY.

The last quarterly meeting we were supposed to have got cancelled in December because this dad had fallen Ill and he needed to go to Florida to be with him.

Last week i gave him 800 and this week ill give like 600.

However when I went to the public meeting about the issue the homeowners, while understandably annoyed and upset, are already attributing all kinds of mystery illnesses to this, which I believe to be bogus.Anyway, I have already told the tenants in the one occupied rental and they are cooperative and did not freak out or get upset about this.

We have an online hand coded application system that captures the information from the prospect, stores it as a PDF file on our server (so SSN's, etc. aren't being transmitted via email) and keeps all info in permanent database so we have one login page to see every applicant we've ever had.
