My personal home has knob and tube wiring and galvanized piping which I personally want to replace, however, the USDA does a thorough inspection and they passed this house for the USDA guaranteed loan......and I have insurance 800$ a years.

I have read through all of them and have thoroughly done some investigation on my rights as a property owner and here is what I have decided to do and it may possibly help others out in the future (Granted some of this is a result of your amazing knowledge and advice, so thank you!)

While the property may have potential, it is important to be able to thoroughly assess that potential before committing to a purchase.
