I'd like to teach more people my age,but I'm having a hard time finding out how through BP events? 

Why would someone devote possibly months of time teaching you, and getting you to your end game, to only end up not making any money because you used another agent for a deal.

Title can go from a LLC or partnership style entity to your personal name, we just have to document ownership in the entity prior (articles of organization/incorporation/etc) so we can prove ownership.The problem with delayed financing is that its limited to 70% of market or acquisition cost (purchase price + closing costs) whichever is lower.

Chicago is excellent too but higher in the price range.Going back to those three- Indy and KC are SFRs more suburban style.

We used both the styles that were regularly in stock and also the styles that we had to order in from the warehouse.

I get as much enjoyment teaching about the business as actually working it - which I still do every day.

There are also outlet style retailers that sell excess flooring etc from larger jobs and also carry a few SKU's of discount material.  

Trump series teaches an "I win - you lose" attitude.

I've found this site to be very helpful in teaching me what I need to know about investing.
