In Canada our prime minister has increased immigration to a level that is not sustainable. 

It's much slower than I want to go, but it is sustainable. 

But I don’t believe there’s much fundamentally that can sustain the growth.

It always strikes me as odd that everyone harps on and on about speculating with negative cashflow, but don't blink an eye about speculating in markets with sustained negative appreciation.

But we should be willing to pay that for a sustainable community.

Loved the different perspective with a more purpose driven focus, and a long term view that promotes long term sustainable strategy, over short term profit driven mindsets.  

If vaccines fail, we are on the edge of a sustained decline in city life and large cities will get destroyed in due course.
