Clayton County needs to get this in order but I believe its being done on purpose.Every time there is a judicial hold-up ( and I mean that in both senses of the word) like this, it is intentional.

For a newish real estate investor, I suggest they hook up with an agent that mostly supports RE investors.  

But the data doesn't fully support this optimism and that they should be cutting interest rates.

You may find that it provides that her coverage continues so long as she holds an interest in the property, including holding a purchase money mortgage securing a portion of the purchase price of her sale to a third party so a new lender's policy may not be needed.

Honestly in this market breaking even is not a horrible thing, especially if you're looking to hold the property long term and it's a market that has seen reliable equity growth

Will you be wholesaling, BRRRR'ing, buy and hold, flipping, local or out of state, etc?
