I just wanted to warn you about accounting, tax and legal costs of owning and LLC, especially in CA they are quite high.

It's more of a gut feeling in terms of seeing a few downturns/crashes during my lifetime (maybe every 15 years or so) combined with seeing warnings of a current stock market bubble and the ongoing pandemic (imagining this is the last major stimulus coming up) and our struggle to contain it (variants in Europe are concerning).

Also I should warn you that entering in every address and then copying and pasting the name, address and number into an excel sheet took most of those 3 days, it was hours and hours of the same thing.

Especially the listing agent complaining.Just a warning, be patient because you will get frustrated during renovation due to drawing process.
