Obviously I cant show these probate properties as frequently...so im sort of confused how I overcome this temporary road block.

It's not that easy.People need to quit looking for the quick buck.I have watched the show for years for entertainment only.The agents you are looking at represent only a small fraction of top brokers/agents in that area.Many of the other agents are lucky if they do 1 to 2 sales a year if any.Marketing these high end listings just for one property can cost tens of thousands of dollars or more .The brokers/agents spend this money only to end up signing a lease in many cases for a breakeven return on their marketing costs and hopefully a pay day down the road when the market gets better.

We didn't go crazy with upgrading the repair materials as much as I underestimated the cost of bringing the show on the road.

His concern needs to be running a business, not having you cut him a special deal that means he will buy it IF it is good later down the road and if it is not a good deal later on he won't.

One thing that held me back was the first place my wife and I rented was a small cottage in Westport on Main Road, and I remember how happy the owners were to have us renting from them rather than the college kids they had been renting to.

I'm looking for something middle of the road.
