I would also be sure they have their NAID# so you can make offers on HUD properties - this is one of my better sources of inventory.I hope that helps.

I would recommend reading Ken McElroy's ABCs of Real Estate Investing as will as Wheelbarrow Profits by @Gino BarbaroI have read both of these and they are great sources of foundational information about MF investing.

There is a feature where you can see what houses have sold for in the past( on a map), the estimated property values, etc.

I'm just starting out and I wanted to know if this was a great goldmine of a source, to what degree and the best methods that have been used for the sellers.
