It is about 40 minute drive to Downtown Houston, Medical Center.. 

For me I would rather purchase on the B which will cash flow slower but will go up in value like a train compared to a C area .

Especially for the 30+ day stays you can attract way more than medical professionals using Airbnb. 

We are having a good peak season although more supply has made it slower than years past. 

Maybe they need the $375,000 down to pay medical bills or buy their next house?
