The tiny home can simply be the sleeping, bath and indoor cooking space with a sitting area for really bad weather.

I would never use someone else's money to enter into a very high risk investment, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.

You leave her in good shape, you sleep better and you have solved your long term problem.

If you want to remove property damage insurance, can sleep fine at night knowing it is not insured, and have the money to replace a unit if need be, then go ahead and remove it. 

This bill might be a bit heavy, but I wouldn't lose much sleep over it if you're going into the deal protected.

If you did then just let sleeping dogs lie. 

A good measure is how well you sleep at night.

houses with small little tunnels running from room to room and 20 to 30 years of crap piled up 5 to 8 feet high on either side. bed  consisting of a open sleeping bag on top of 3 feet of discarded papers and whatever junk.. only thing you can see the actual floor is the shower  .. 

I've built 4 kegorators.  2 for my garage, 1 for son in law, 1 for my 3 story house that sleeps 8. 

Remember you are no longer making a house but rather a conmerical / institution with sleeping units.
