Thankyou Mike, I reached back out to the listing agent and she put me in direct contact with the owner.

Marketing direct to sellers, offering to buy the deal as a wholesaler or investor and if they don't like that price, offering to list the home.

I didn't consider going to the manufacture directly instead of paying for someone to customize the used containers.

I have a situation where I would like to open a self directed IRA and have contacted a few of the online players and am getting a mixed message, some say it's possible some say no way Jose'.  

I don't know the syndication world but I'm a Commercial Loan Broker and would definitely love to talk with you more to see if either my company can help you or if i can help point you in the right direction.

We do get some direct from the Bank Foreclosures, but that's due to our relationship with them.  

But I have good open communication with the buyers directly.
