"Take it with a grain of salt"....

Zillow has it at 167k, but I take that with a grain of salt.

I am new to this business and want to do everything to the best of my ability.I have not closed a deal yet and I hope that anyone reading this will take what I say with a grain of salt, and make their own responsible decisions when it comes their business. 

I want to learn from the BEST and most successful in the Salt Lake, Utah area.

Most appraisers will take that with a grain of salt typically, and anymore I have no control over the appraiser so I'm stuck with whatever they come back with.  

I have been specifically searching for the best 2 to 4 unit buildings in Salt Lake and Davis counties for quite some time and feel confident I can find something great for you - whenever you decide to make the move.  

I don't have much experience here, so take anything I say with a grain of salt.

I've got a few lenders in Utah/Salt Lake county who do a lot of these owner occupied investment properties.

I'm no where near successful or a pro so take my comment with a gain of salt because it's just my opinion.Not sure if that's what you're looking to hear but I hope that I somewhat answered your question. 

I always take news from sources whose purpose is to get you reading and clicking (read: sensationalism) with a grain of salt.
