How does it compare to a traditional FHA203K loan?

My wife and I closed on a property in the Matthews area in Feb which did require some value add but if you’re willing to put in the work and/or hire it out this market will reward you.

Just this month we closed on a second comparable condo, with 20% down to avoid mortgage insurance.Here's my big question:Should we now pay our future savings toward paying down the remaining 80% asap, or should I continue on toward a third condo with another 20% down, immediately renting it out and covering the mortgage payment, so on so forth... 

Very little appreciation in the area compare to other parts but yes cash flow is pretty good and if Casino is build Im sure it will have a positive impact but what if plans dont go forward would it still be a good deal??

Since I paid cash initially, this cashout is very large compared to partial down-payment investments.

That could make a lot of sense economically compared to the cost of time and and effort to clean.  

We have been house hacking for the past year and it has been very rewarding but challenging too as I am sure all of you house hackers know.

Meanwhile, the suburbs in Hays and Williamson Counties continue to lure area residents with comparatively more abundant and affordable housing supply.
