I'll respond privately because, as you can imagine, there are details that need to be covered and you'll want to know how you are protected in the transaction. 

I still won't let go easily, but if I can't respond to a tenant phone call right away, I won't feel right about taking their rent.  

I did not answer your questions because i perceive your presumptuous post makes you seem like a douche, which you confirmed by admitting your intent was respond to a perceived attitude in the op with more attitude.

If out "driving for dollar" or placing ads on craigslist i find myself calling and responding to other wholesalers or investors.

I asked in another thread but don't think you ever responded (I wasn't tagged anyways), what do you think of forming an LLC with myself and a Realtor friend as members to do lease option type deals in the mean time?

So we are evaluating a property and our agent is attempting to set up a showing and the tenants won't respond to the sellers agent.

I stopped buy the building last night to drop off some material and thought something looked different about their unit…peeked in a window, it looks like they knew want was coming or were planning on moving out anyway or they responded to our letter with lighting speed b/c 95% of their stuff was out of the unit…probably not going to see September’s rent.

Im looking to profit and reinvest through 1031 and slowly move up the ladder of success.Thanks for reading and please respond with feedback/comments
