I have submitted package through colour scanning doc that I signed and emailing it.

It was a pretty straight forward process. just be prepared to raze a small forest to print and sign and then scan back all the documents they want you to sign. 

I've been scanning local listings, in a fairly specific area within 3km of Victoria Park, for multi-family properties to buy and hold.

Especially true for somewhere like Kensington.It's hard to decide the tradeoff you mentioned, however, I can easily envision parts of Kensington and Rittenhouse appreciating rapidly very quickly.

Currently located in a beautiful retirement/resort/vacation development called Canadian Lakes in mid-michigan (50 miles north of Grand Rapids).

Stay away from the resort areas or one horse towns in Michigan but Detroit (Suburbs), Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing all seem like bargains.

For the Des Moines Metro area, these are rapidly growing areas and there is much growth in the commercial markets there...  

Scan Receipts, or print electronic receipts to a pdf when you make a relevant purchase.  

The northern exurbs of Dallas continue to grow rapidly, and with the current and planned developments in and near Frisco in particular that trend is not likely to change in the near (2-5year) future.
