A lot of the above statements keep refering to 'All realtors'.Truth be told, there are quite a few lousy realtors out there, as there are bad representations in ANY profession.So some of you have gotten in touch with some that don't live up to your expectations.Move on then, until you find one that does.But be fair about it & don't classify ALL realtors the same way until you have spoken to ALL of the realtors out there!

There is still quite a dispairity between ROI for a rental unit but with supply dwindling and demand consistent single investment units are still good investments.Sorry this reply is six + months late :D

I dont know what kind of poor people you deal with, but poor people I know eat what they can get (low end food) and cook it in grease to make it taste better.I've been working with mid to upper-end stuff for four years now and it has treated me pretty well.

I've made a fortune on that which I actually stepped up to the plate & BOUGHT.....All my "bad experiences" are related to "Eating Crow" :cry: (& it tastes NOTHING like chicken) :violin: & NOT having taken that swing...only 2 later find out that the property was worth 2x...
