This is not a war zone but we overestimated the quality of the location.

As John said, I would run the screening reports to determine who will be the best tenant.

Repairs are somewhat similar- smaller areas and lower quality expected.

Is there a tipping point for number of roommates to house hack with before it interferes with quality of life/vacancy rate/price per room?

@Mindy Jensen Hi there- the “unanswered” screen in the forum has disappeared again.Also when using the app and needing to edit a post mid sentence, the Caps lock remains on and one must manually change each lettwr to lower case, and spell check no longer works.Thx

Probably busy out buying quality assets that help you meet your goals instead of playing amateur macro economist. 

There are a lot of fantastic markets today that may be excellent markets for long-term buy & hold, but are not home to any quality turnkey companies. 

The value might be higher but so is the rent and the quality of the tenant. 

Does anyone have any ideas about quality/Fast contractors?
