But, we have incredible rent growth.

One of my German relatives took his family of five down there every year and he rented a nice house for two weeks at the incredible price of $200.

Coming from a sales & marketing background, prospecting is necessary to produce growth.

There are incredible people on here with amazing strategies different than that of all of ours and individuals with portfolios that most of us will only dream of having.

No other country comes remotely close in terms of the infrastructure available here, whether that is REIAs, syndications, private lenders, 30 year fixed rates for 1-10 homes, low transaction costs, high LTV ratios, incredible tax advantages for landlords etc etc. 

Will likely always do something productive and income-producing, but plan to be “job optional” by then.
