So glad that I came across this site.

though i am still in process of setting up LLC, i know from reading other sites and articles that there is no limits on number of properties. if it is done right the LLC is it's own entity, with IRA owning membership shares.the one restriction that is tricky, is leveraging. if not set up correctly you could have to pay taxes, because you can't have debt in the IRA is the way i understand it.we will be setting ours up in such a way as to avoid this problem. though i don't know the specifics yet, i have talked to a couple of consultants and they say IRA investing in a LLC is the way to go, if done correctly. and they say we can avoid many restrictions and that there are ways to do it.

I just recently launched my career as an investor January 2007 and started my company Paramount Principle, IncI am a web designer/ graphic designer by day and an investor by night trying to build a consistent system and get and maintain deals in the pipeline. ..Short sales. .. . note buying....thats pretty much the direction I seem to be heading in.. ..I love this site and I appreciate the wealth of knowledge available. . thanks!

This certainly appears to be an extensive site, with great information.Having held a real estate license and actually worked with a real estate firm some years ago, I do have some knowledge about investing in real estate, but it’s been many years since I’ve actually participated in that field.Let me try to be as brief as possible.

Are there any sites to look up conventinal lending vs.

You spend a lot of time chasing up details, helping people feel that deal is moving forward and other such things.If the game you want to get into is investing (the central point of the BP site) then you are really on a bit of a tangent.
