I took an abundance of pictures and videos and am willing to share them via email if anyone is willing to please take a look and provide some thoughts/insight.I really want to be able to get a deal out of this (I am planning on wholesaling) but do not know if the numbers will work for me and/or the end buyer.

@Michael Hacker I absolutely agree that prefab constriction is going to become much more popular in the next few years but the skilled labor shortage will affect prefab shops, in the U.S. especially,  as much or more than on site construction.

But Hyde Park has also taken off and is very popular as it's got a ton of charm and lies in between downtown and the Plaza.

Absentee Owners have been popular for a long time, and are apparently still somewhat effective (people are still mailing to them) but they are getting multiple offers to buy their home.
