Every municipality is different for permits, If you've got something locked in contract I'd go down to the construction office and ask them for a list of required permits and their associated costs.

@Achraf El ChurafaMy experiences have been: When the deed is recorded, the Recorder's Office typically asks for the HUD-1 (or purchase agreement for properties transferred outside of escrow).

Or, is there anyone that does that process as a service (if it requires going down to the office etc)?

I'll give you my honest opinion on these exchanges....FCI Exchange...while I like FCI's back office and online support, I'm not a fan of their exchange.  

Check the local Building Inspectors Office -engineer information is there and or depending in your state city they can direct you in the right direction.
