Hey all,When a potential seller owes money on the house he wants to sell, how do I pitch a win/win seller financing option?

You gotta pick your battles in life and that is one you won’t win !

One of David's points, on which I agree, is that letting an agent know you plan on doing several deals and want ONE agent to work with will go a long way to winning them over.

To me NARPM credentialed companies are really the only A players in the business but obviously check out whoever you inquire with.

Sometimes, even a cash buyer can have trouble putting in the winning offer when the market is hot enough.

I leave porno movies on the BluRay player and maybe some beer in the fridge. 

If you want a win-win relationship with you future CPA, I suggest you approach it with due respect for his/her time and expertise and not expect freebies, at least not until the relationship is strong.

However for me personally I think most of the fun is finding the deal and figuring out how to structure win win win win win situations.  

Perhaps I could make a deal where, I buy the paint for them but also throw another bone to them that I replace the flooring or some other deal where we all win.
