You won’t be doing any background check on anybody living in your property, that’s for the person screwing you to do.

You need to understand what's actually required to have these kinds of conversations with an inspector who may be over-stepping. 

Personally, I have been working 3rd shift at a group home for years.

Personally we can start before the 6 month date but I have heard multiple customers tell me other lenders have said they cannot start the application until the 6 month date. 

She did get a signed lease agreement, even having the managing partner sign as a personal Guarantor, but not a dollar has been paid.
