That was a good one, everyone could see them, parked in between them, but if I did not have a fresh coat of reflective line paint on before the reinspect, I would have to get permits from the city and have a contractor with a license and bond with the county apply them.

It is preffered in case the companies go under (senior to common in default), it is a fund so it is diversified, and it has a pretty darn good yield (currently 9.3%).I think a lot of BPers might enjoy that tip.

Jared,Another quick tip from a Buyer Agent/Investor (who love's L/O), First find out how much $/commission the listing was for.

Place is unoccupied at the moment, city assessor's site lists it at 60k, other homes in the area have sold at that over the last 5 years.Say I buy the place for cash and replace the roof and paint the exterior (which it desperately needs).

I usually check the bigger ticket items: Foundation, Furnaces, roof, Electric, plumbing, siding/paint.2.
