I know many out there are behind on rents, can't buy food and I'm whining about this.

My settlement package does not have any documents or wiring instructions that show the proceeds are going to the exchange escrow and not to us. 

Once I had actually saved up / invested enough to pay off the student loan I decided that I wanted to wait and see if Congress would eventually pass a student loan forgiveness package, so instead of this being my student loan pay off fund it transitioned into my Rental Property down payment fund.

@Dustin Garrels, in my opinion it is all about the deal, not the package.  

So this package deal is like $2.5- 2.8k ??

All of this the government said for food and rent so people wouldn't be evicted.

I want to see the whole package, not just the big or small number as it may be. 

@Simon S Marthinsen Just so you know, any REO will have purchase contract addendums making the contract non assignable....it’s in their addendum package that goes along with your state contract.  

Financing/refinancing 5 properties as a package/portfolio is going to be a commercial bank and/or local bank type of deal.
