Hey guys ,  whats  the story with Jerry's program, searching around  not even one positive review is found , on the other side i sow that myhousedeals.com a site working with thousands of wholesalers is officially marketing his program, on my question why they do so ,the answer i got :"We can say that we have worked with Jerry Norton as an affiliate for many years now and have not received any complaints regarding his program" so does this mean anything ?

No matter where it is, the most expensive building, Class A attracts tenants able to pay more for luxuries (amenities) such as fitness rooms, tennis courts, dog exercise areas, pools, cafes, covered parking, nice elevators, gorgeous landscaping, quality construction on both exterior and interior, well appointed lobbies and meeting areas, etc.

The only tack on would be to consider papering up the loan in a formal note to make it official (unfortunately things can happen between family members) and charge an arms length rate of interest or use AFR (just search for this term and there is a good article on Investopedia).

The Board also needs to announce the topics that will be discussed prior to excusing themselves into closed door.To your original statement regarding communicating with Board Members, it is true, all communications should be through the official Point of Contact (Managing Agent or other designee), addressed TO the Board, and in writing so that you can maintain the documentation and any written response.
