The question I have is this: what are good, creative ways to obtain rehab money using seller financing on multi families with a buy and hold approach?

Hi all,Im  trying to find out if I should obtain a Construction Loan as an individual or as an entity?

At the same time, I’ve obtained my saleperson’s license and I just applied to take the broker’s exam.

Does anyone know where I should look to obtain this, or am I reaching too high?
