It sounds like the units are currently vacant so I would also strongly suggest you do not close till all units are rented (assuming you have vetted the tenant applications with the PM team) or get something in writing from the turnkey operator stating they will pay you market rent for X months while they get it leased out should you close prior to the units being fully occupied.
