I *do* live about half a mile down the street from a local high school.For a high school, if the buyer/renter has kids that are 16+, and kids can drive at 16 in that state, the kids may not like it, because then they don't get to be cool and drive a car to school

I'm guessing she's thinking that Massachusetts is a tenant state and she'll walk away clean but she doesn't have kids and hasn't fallen on hard times, she's just a crappy person.

I know that layout doesn't appeal to everyone, but it would certainly appeal to a family with older kids where the parents really want their own private space.

But beyond that, I am not sure where would be best.Most BP members are tied down to a certain area for some reason, whether it’s a job, married and spouse won’t budge, kids are in school, can’t bear to be away from home, etc, so they make due with their local area.

@Dion DePaoli  out of sheer curiosity this morning I listened to a pod cast that interviewed the owner of Paper source I think it is @Bob Malecki  Bob said it was a good listen .the gentlemen being interviewed says that he has been buying notes since the mid 80's which of course I am sure he has.then he made what I thought was a pretty if not strange but unique statement.. the Kids interviewing them asked how he hands his foreclosures on his NPN... his answer was well " in 30 years I have only foreclosed once"  the kids were then scrambling as they did not expect that and of course its sound like they are personally buying distressed notes in Cook county and we know how tough that place is.

I understand CS / Bryan TX are low income areas, but A&M is growing every year and more and more kids/concerned parents are looking for a safe college living arrangement off campus with a bunch of amenities at their disposal.
