We rented to live somewhere else, so can we claim it as primary residence?

Just to follow up, yes I have paid him and not sure what my option are to get it fixed he claims “it’s fine not a big deal” just want to see what you guys think is the best way to fix this? 

I get several calls a month from "wholesalers" claiming to have deals that are way over priced...While I think being determined and persistent will help you, don't quit your day job to do this.I think wholesaling can be extra income but finding the deals to do it full time is going to be extremely hard now a days...just my opinion...

An LP using depreciation can claim a tax loss on their K-1 equal to the amount depreciated, and the LP can augment how much they get to depreciate through cost segregation and bonus depreciation.

I would assume that we can purchase the property then transfer it to our LLC once we form it through quick claim deed.

It may be good to add provisions to your lease (perhaps you could require a medical condition be certified by a physician) so that all tenants are treated equally and you protect yourself from lawsuits.  

We don't make claims and would like my premium to reflect that.Thanks in advance!
