If s/he marketed good enough to motivate you to make a post on an internet forum, I would imagine his/her phone is ringing off the hook!!!

The roofing material literature given to me by the roofing company has a lifetime warranty and the fine print reads that it is for a single family residence and one owner.My unit is a townhouse - two family residence.  

This way it is always available if you have the internet and it is dynamic!

There are lots of reasons for pipes to stick out of the ground, and they mean very different things...Certainly the size and material of the pipe will give a lot of information...

They weren't as internet savvy so I helped them out.

Even if you chose to use an attorney to help you, reading the material will help you better communicate you wishes to that attorney and better understand his or her recommendations.

If your investor or tenants have internet they can view and pay online.
